We spent another lovely weekend here. So nice to see you all again. Great lunch, superb dinner and an amazing breakfast. A perfect nights sleep, the room was so comfortable we didn't want to get up!

Back to the algarve we had a good stay really calm and one think we felt like home even in a foreign country, we had gorgeous breakfast Carlos you are a really really good cook, but you had to be all the portuguese man's who cooks are the best chef's in the world and all the staff is great as well. We had the delightful experience of dining and staying at the Stilton Cheese Inn late August 2009. We had the best meal of our lives for dinner, the best room in the house , and an exclusive chef special Breakfast upon rising the next morning. The service was superb and we were made to feel very welcome all this on the Chefs day off !!! We stumbled on this unexected delight and it will stay in our minds and hearts forever. We are spreading the word. Thank you Carlos !!!!!!

Stayed here on 12/04/08 as part of the surprise party for our friend who lives in the village. This was our 2nd visit and again we were made very welcome by Carlos, Sue and their staff. We stayed here last night as part of a suprise party for a friend who lives in the vilage. Once again Sue, Carlos and their staff looked after us well. It's such a great place to stay and we had a wonderful time. Dinner last night was superb and breakfast so calorific but its kept us going all day. Hope to visit again soon.

Myself and some frineds enjoyed a superb meal, relaxed atmosphere and great service when staying over in December. Accommodation was first class and the breakfast something to behold! We would thoroughly reccommend this hostelry to all visitors in the area.
We stayed in November 2007 with a group of friends to visit Lyn and Alan who live in the village...what a wonderful place. We were made very welcome, the rooms were of a very high standard and very comfortable. We would definitely think about staying here again - in fact Steve has already made enquiries about booking a room if he's ever passing through the area! Many thanks.

The rooms were comfortable, clean and well situated after a lovely evening eating brilliant food and enjoying a drink or two! Suzanne & Carlos were very welcoming and made the whole weekend very pleasant. Lyn and Al are very lucky to have such a great place right on their doorstep.
